The combined MediNav™ / HandHolder™  pre-arrival/arrival solution provides an elevated and informative patient experience, meaning patients will have the information that they need to not only arrive on-time but also be prepared for their appointment. For pre-arrival, MediNav™  is a step-by-step wayfinding solution to navigate a hospital visit from parking to appointment location. It is a customized app, accessible from tablet, mobile smartphone or in-hospital screen that allows patients to easily navigate with turn-by-turn appointment directions. The MediNav™ system links with outdoor routes and Google maps to seamlessly transition from outdoor instructions to indoor hospital navigation.

HandHolder™, used by six of the top ten hospitals in the country, is a "medical reminder" that provides patients with time and date of appointment, exact directions, and parking information, details of appointment or medical procedure, specific preparation instructions and follow up information on condition.
